Is this only for large housebuilders?+
Not at all. Peregrine is built for regional housebuilders of all sizes — from a sole buyer managing a handful of sites to a team covering multiple regions. If you're currently running your procurement in Excel, Peregrine will save you time regardless of scale.
How is my data kept separate from other companies?+
Each customer gets their own dedicated environment on a separate subdomain with their own database. Your pricing, supplier relationships and tender data are completely isolated. Your commercial data never touches another company's environment.
What are "group prices" and do I need them?+
Group prices are nationally negotiated rates your business has agreed with major suppliers at a framework level. Buyers see these as a reference when entering local quotes, so they know instantly if their regional deal beats the national rate. Available on Professional and above.
Can site managers see prices?+
No. Site managers see everything they need operationally — plot lists, material schedules (quantities and units only), supplier contact details and PO numbers — without any pricing information. Site manager access is included free on all plans with no limit on numbers.
How does the call-off system work?+
Site managers select plots, set a delivery date, add access notes, and Peregrine generates a pre-filled call-off email with the full material schedule, PO number and delivery instructions. One click opens it in their email client ready to send. Every call-off is logged automatically.
When is Peregrine launching?+
Peregrine is currently in development. We'll open early access to waitlist members first — they'll receive priority onboarding and a significant discount on their first year.
Peregrine is built by someone with 20+ years of experience as a buyer in the housebuilding industry. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem that real buyers face every day — not generic procurement software adapted for construction.
