The problem

You're managing millions
in procurement. In a spreadsheet.

Every regional buyer knows the drill. Multiple Excel files, manual calculations, tender comparisons built from scratch every time.

📊
Tender comparisons take hours
Multiple house types, multiple suppliers, hundreds of products. A comparison built manually every tender round.
💸
Price changes are a nightmare
Supplier increases mid-build. Which plots are delivered? What's the PO amendment? How do you tell the QS?
🚚
Call-offs done manually every time
The site manager phones a different person for each supplier, reads out plot numbers, hopes the right material turns up.
🔒
Commercial data lives in inboxes
Supplier prices, group rates, PO numbers — scattered across email threads. No single source of truth.
How it works

From drawings to delivery.
One workflow.

Four steps that replace every spreadsheet, email thread and phone call in your procurement process.

1
Build your library
Set up standard house types once — schedules, quantities, products. Your drawings takeoff, locked in for every site.
2
Create your site
Add plots, assign house types. Peregrine sets up tender categories and schedule overrides automatically.
3
Run your tender
Add suppliers, enter unit rates once per product. Every line total, cost per plot and site total calculated instantly.
4
Manage delivery
Call off plots from the app, track deliveries, manage price changes and keep the QS informed — all logged.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Is this only for large housebuilders?
+
Not at all. Peregrine is built for regional housebuilders of all sizes — from a sole buyer managing a handful of sites to a team covering multiple regions. If you're currently running your procurement in Excel, Peregrine will save you time regardless of scale.
How is my data kept separate from other companies?
+
Each customer gets their own dedicated environment on a separate subdomain with their own database. Your pricing, supplier relationships and tender data are completely isolated. Your commercial data never touches another company's environment.
What are "group prices" and do I need them?
+
Group prices are nationally negotiated rates your business has agreed with major suppliers at a framework level. Buyers see these as a reference when entering local quotes, so they know instantly if their regional deal beats the national rate. Available on Professional and above.
Can site managers see prices?
+
No. Site managers see everything they need operationally — plot lists, material schedules (quantities and units only), supplier contact details and PO numbers — without any pricing information. Site manager access is included free on all plans with no limit on numbers.
How does the call-off system work?
+
Site managers select plots, set a delivery date, add access notes, and Peregrine generates a pre-filled call-off email with the full material schedule, PO number and delivery instructions. One click opens it in their email client ready to send. Every call-off is logged automatically.
When is Peregrine launching?
+
Peregrine is currently in development. We'll open early access to waitlist members first — they'll receive priority onboarding and a significant discount on their first year.
Who built this?
+
Peregrine is built by someone with 20+ years of experience as a buyer in the housebuilding industry. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem that real buyers face every day — not generic procurement software adapted for construction.
